Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We aim to ship your items within 3 days of receiving your order, unless the order is a Pre-order. For Pre-orders you will be notified of any changes to the date specified and an email will be sent to you when the item is ready for shipping.
All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail.
Returns Policy
We hope you will love your order from The Happy Book Company, but in the rare case your order doesn't bring joy (sob!) you can return your item in its original condition within 14 days. We are unable to accept returns for any reason after this time .
If your order has arrived damaged or faulty, please return it to us by Royal Mail.
Once received by us we will refund you for the faulty goods and the postage.
If you are returning your order for any other reason the postage for return will
not be refunded, and on receipt of the item by us we will issue a refund minus the original postage.
